As a U.S. Navy Veteran with 18 years of proven experience, he leads GSC's assessment methodology and oversees our dedicated teams of compliance engineers. Carlos holds Dual Master's Degrees in Cybersecurity and General Business Management. He brings authoritative expertise in directing complex RMF processes, attaining ATOs, and deploying zero-trust architectures for high-stakes DoD infrastructure. His elite industry certifications include the ISC² CISSP and the Cyber-AB Certified Lead Assessor (LCCA) credentials.
