He is a U.S. Navy Veteran with 18 years of proven experience in both the military and the private sector. Carlos holds Dual Master's Degrees in Cybersecurity and General Business Management. He brings authoritative expertise in leading complex RMF processes, attaining ATOs, and deploying zero-trust architectures for high-stakes DoD infrastructure. His elite industry certifications include the ISC² CISSP and the Cyber-AB Certified Lead Assessor (LCCA) credentials.

He is a retired Navy Supply Corps Officer (O-4) with profound expertise in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM). He holds a Master of Business Administration from Trident University International and is a Certified CMMC Professional (CCP). Brett utilizes his military and corporate logistics background to translate highly complex Department of Defense mandates into achievable, cost-effective operational realities.
